About the Role
As a Graphic Design and Website Management Specialist, you will play a crucial role in shaping our digital presence. This dual position involves creating engaging graphics that align with our branding and managing our website to provide an exceptional user experience. Your strong background in graphic design and website administration will enable you to excel in this demanding yet rewarding role.

Main Responsibilities
* Develop and produce high-quality visual elements, including graphics, illustrations, and layouts, for various marketing materials such as digital ads, social media posts, white papers, infographics, ebooks, email campaigns, brochures, and presentations.
* Ensure all design elements adhere to brand guidelines and company standards, maintaining consistency across our online platforms.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns and promotional materials, staying attuned to industry trends and best practices.
* Create and edit multimedia content, including videos and animations, as needed, to elevate our digital storytelling.
* Work closely with the web development team and vendors to manage and maintain our website, guaranteeing it remains up-to-date, functional, and visually appealing.
* Regularly update website content, including text, images, and multimedia elements, focusing on precision and attention to detail.
* Monitor website performance, conduct regular audits, and troubleshoot any issues to ensure optimal functionality and SEO optimization.
* Partner with company leaders, developers, and third-party vendors to implement new features and improvements, driving continuous innovation.
* Design intuitive and engaging user interfaces for our website and other digital platforms, prioritizing user experience and accessibility.
* Conduct user research and testing to gather feedback and improve the overall user experience, ensuring our digital presence meets the needs of our audience.
* Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups for new web pages and features, utilizing your expertise in UX/UI design and best practices.
* Utilize web analytics tools to track and analyze website traffic and user behavior, generating reports and providing insights on website performance, making data-driven recommendations for improvements.
* Stay updated on design trends and tools to continually bring fresh and innovative ideas to the team, driving growth and success.

Requirements and Qualifications
* Exceptional visual design skills, accompanied by a strong portfolio of work demonstrating your expertise.
* Proficiency in UX/UI design and best practices, with a solid understanding of server-side management and hosting environments.
* Excellent oral and written communication skills, enabling effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
* Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, allowing you to tackle complex challenges and drive results.
* Self-motivation, demonstrating initiative and ownership of responsibilities, with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
* Excellent interpersonal skills, fostering strong relationships with colleagues, stakeholders, and clients.
* Organized and detail-oriented, with a focus on delivering high-quality results under pressure.
* Punctuality and professionalism, reflecting a commitment to excellence and respect for deadlines and milestones.
* A Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, Computer Science, or a related field, complemented by 4-6 years of experience in graphic design and website administration.
* Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
* Strong knowledge of web design and development tools, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and content management systems (CMS) like WordPress.
* Experience with SEO best practices and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), enabling data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
