About the Role

CEDA is seeking a highly skilled Field Planner and Estimator to join our team in Fort McMurray and Conklin/Bonnyville area. As the main point of contact for our Chemical Cleaning clients, you will be responsible for developing strategic plans and estimates for projects. Your expertise in Chemical Cleaning and industrial services/maintenance will enable you to provide technical support to field operations and ensure project completion in direct correlation to original cost estimates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create cost estimates for projects as per plan, client requirements, and agreed-upon contracts
  • Act as project manager, overseeing projects and supervising personnel, equipment, material, and subcontractors
  • Ensure work performance meets quality, budget, and safety objectives, communicating these objectives with dispatch and operations manager
  • Maintain project work-site in a safe and environmentally sound condition, adhering to CEDA policies, procedures, and Safe Work Practices
  • Develop and maintain positive customer relations, leading through safe work performance and measurable key performance indicators
  • Monitor customer feedback and corrective actions, implementing improvements and adjustments to quality systems

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Chemical Cleaning experience in industrial services/maintenance
  • Minimum 2 years Supervisory experience
  • Class 5 license required, Class 1 or 3 license an asset
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite products, AutoCAD, and Visio an asset
