Job Title: Food Service Attendant

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Attendant to join our team at the Cree Board of Health and Social Services of James Bay (CBHSSJB). As a Food Service Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest quality of food preparation and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve meals to patients, staff, and visitors
  • Maintain a clean and safe food service environment
  • Restock supplies and equipment as needed
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient food preparation and service
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • No specific experience required, but previous experience in food service an asset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in Cree and English; fluency in French an asset
