Job Summary

AIMS Group is seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Clerk to process and manage payroll transactions, maintain accurate financial records, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

Responsibilities
  • Payroll Transactions: Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll, prepare statements of earnings for employees, and reconcile issued payrolls to bank statements.
  • Financial Record Keeping: Store, update, and retrieve financial data, maintain filing systems, and perform data entry.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in Automatic data processing (ADP), QuickBooks, MS Excel, MS Word, and Accounting software.
  • Work Conditions: Work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and maintain a fast-paced environment.
  • Personal Suitability: Accurate, client-focused, excellent communication skills, organized, reliable, and a team player.
About the Role
