Job Title: Inventory Management Officer

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Management Officer to join our team at Tim Hortons. As an Inventory Management Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our inventory management system, coordinating activities with other work units or departments, and preparing and submitting reports.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure efficient inventory management.
  • Prepare and submit reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and other relevant data.
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of inventory data, including tracking and reporting on stock levels, stock movements, and other relevant data.
  • Develop and implement procedures to improve inventory management, including inventory control, stock management, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that inventory management practices are aligned with business objectives.
  • Provide technical advice and recommendations to improve inventory management processes and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in inventory management or a related field.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
