Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless inventory management.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on inventory levels, stock movements, and other relevant metrics.
  • Ensure the proper maintenance and repair of computer equipment and machinery to prevent downtime and optimize inventory management.
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Train workers in duties and policies related to inventory management.
  • Arrange training for staff to enhance their skills and knowledge in inventory management.
  • Conduct performance reviews to evaluate the effectiveness of inventory management processes.
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient inventory management.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in inventory management or a related field.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle heavy loads.
  • Client focus, flexibility, initiative, judgement, organized, reliability, and team player skills.
