Job Description

This role involves providing administrative support to our operations team, including coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events. You will also be responsible for managing budgets, establishing policies and procedures, and overseeing the development of communication strategies.

Responsibilities
  • Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
  • Manage budgets and establish financial controls
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures
  • Record and prepare meeting minutes and reports
  • Oversee the development of communication strategies
  • Compile data and statistics
  • Negotiate collective agreements on behalf of employers or workers
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Computer and technology knowledge, including MS Excel, Outlook, Access, and Office
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Attention to detail
Estimated Salary

The estimated annual salary for this role is $60,000 - $80,000 CAD, depending on experience.
