We are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Labourer to join our team at 861379 Ontario Limited. As a General Labourer, you will be responsible for performing various tasks on our grain farm, including planting, cultivating, and irrigating crops, as well as fertilizing and spraying crops.
Work EnvironmentOur farm is located in a rural area, and we offer staff accommodation for our employees. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, and you must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities- Plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops
- Fertilize and spray crops
- Harvest crops
- Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment
- Perform general farm duties
- Ensure farm safety and bio-security procedures are followed
- No degree, certificate, or diploma required
- Experience an asset
- Team player
- Ability to work 40-60 hours per week
- Fluency in English
Please note that this is a seasonal position, and the duration of employment will be determined based on the farm's needs.
