Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Farm Worker to join our team at Ontario Limited. As a Farm Worker, you will be responsible for planting, cultivating, and irrigating crops, as well as fertilizing and spraying crops. You will also be responsible for harvesting crops and operating and maintaining farm machinery and equipment.

Work Environment: The work site environment is primarily rural, with staff accommodation available. The work setting is fast-paced and requires a high level of physical activity.

Responsibilities:

  • Plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops
  • Fertilize and spray crops
  • Harvest crops
  • Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment
  • Perform general farm duties
  • Ensure farm safety and bio-security procedures are followed
