About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Construction Labourer to join our team at TDOT BUILDERS GROUP LTD. As a Construction Labourer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Loading and Unloading Materials: Safely load and unload construction materials, equipment, and supplies from vehicles and storage areas.
  • Site Preparation: Assist in preparing construction sites by clearing debris, leveling earth, and performing other tasks as required.
  • Material Handling: Handle and transport construction materials, such as concrete, asphalt, and lumber, to designated areas.
  • Equipment Operation: Assist in the operation of construction equipment, such as cranes, forklifts, and scaffolding.
  • Site Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and repairing equipment, to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Debris Removal: Remove rubble, debris, and other waste materials from construction sites.
  • Traffic Control: Assist in directing traffic at or near construction sites to ensure public safety.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Work Environment: Urban, rural, and construction site settings.
  • Physical Demands: Physically demanding work environment requiring manual dexterity, attention to detail, and ability to handle heavy loads.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
