About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Light Duty Cleaner to join our team at PuroClean Kelowna. As a Light Duty Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our clients and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Sanitizing: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture, clean and disinfect kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances.
  • Debris and Waste Management: Pick up debris and empty trash containers.
  • Window and Surface Cleaning: Wash windows, walls, and ceilings.
Work Environment and Physical Demands
  • Work Setting: Various locations.
  • Physical Capabilities: Ability to work independently, attention to detail, bending, crouching, kneeling, combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
  • Weight Handling: Up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
