Job Title: Light Duty Cleaner

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Light Duty Cleaner to join our team at ProStyle Cleaning. As a Light Duty Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Cleaning and Sanitizing: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture.
  • Housekeeping: Make beds, change sheets, distribute clean towels and toiletries, stock linen closets, and clean, disinfect, and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances.
  • Assisting Clients: Assist clients with bathing and other aspects of personal hygiene, launder clothing and household linens, mend clothing and linens, and perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties.
  • Shopping and Errands: Shop for food and household supplies, and wash windows, walls, and ceilings.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, and provide basic information on facilities.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Work Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a cleaning or housekeeping role.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to handle heavy loads, bend, crouch, kneel, and walk for extended periods.
  • Language: English language proficiency.
Work Environment:

Our team works in a fast-paced environment, and we require our Light Duty Cleaners to work under pressure and handle repetitive tasks. We offer a health care plan, permanent employment, and 37.5 hours of work per week.
