Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Clinic Assistant to join our team at 2582225 Ontario Inc. As a Medical Clinic Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our healthcare professionals in providing exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities
  • Assist Healthcare Professionals: Provide administrative support to our healthcare team, including preparing patient charts, scheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Set up and dismantle equipment, clean and maintain equipment, and prepare and maintain equipment and supplies.
  • Clerical Duties: Perform general clerical duties, including processing files and paperwork, and scheduling and confirming appointments.
  • Experience: Experience in a healthcare setting is an asset, but not required. We offer a permanent position with 30 to 40 hours of work per week.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
