Key Responsibilities
  • Grounds Maintenance: Weed, prune, and trim trees and plants to maintain a neat and tidy appearance.
  • Grass Cutting: Cut grass to the required height and maintain a consistent appearance.
  • Refuse Collection: Rake and collect refuse from the grounds, ensuring a clean and safe environment.
  • Planting and Maintenance: Plant bulbs, flowers, shrubs, and trees, and maintain existing plant life.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Repair and maintain equipment to ensure it is in good working order.
  • Saw Equipment Setup: Set up and adjust saw equipment as required.
Requirements
  • Valid Driver's Licence: A valid driver's licence is required for this role.
  • Attention to Detail: You must have attention to detail to ensure the grounds are maintained to a high standard.
  • Ability to Work Independently: You must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Weight Handling: You must be able to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) as required.
  • Team Player: You must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with others.
  • Work Language: English is the primary language spoken in this role.
  • Hours: 35 hours per week.
