Job Title: Personal Support Worker

We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Personal Support Worker to join our team at Naomi Hauptman. As a Personal Support Worker, you will provide essential care and support to our clients, enabling them to maintain their independence and quality of life.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. You will also provide companionship, engage in light housekeeping and cleaning duties, and assist with meal preparation and cooking.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients with bathing and personal hygiene
  • Provide companionship and engage in activities with clients
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties
  • Assist with meal preparation and cooking
  • Shop for food and household supplies
  • Assist with laundry and linen management
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • First Aid Certificate
  • Criminal record check and confidential security clearance
Work Environment:

Our clients reside in urban areas, and the work setting is in their homes. The successful candidate must be comfortable working in a non-smoking environment and be willing to work overtime as required.
