Biologics Sales Representative

We are seeking a Biologics Sales Representative to promote our prescription dermatology biologic and achieve/exceed sales goals across high-valued customers. Key responsibilities include delivering sales performance, brand KPIs, and financial targets, as well as acquiring and maintaining expertise in brand/segment strategy and tactics. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of consistent documented success in quota-driven roles, with a minimum of 5 years of proven specialty sales success. Additional requirements include proficiency in interpreting clinical trial data, presenting compelling evidence, and using sales tracking and reporting software. **Key Responsibilities:**

* Deliver sales performance, brand KPIs, and financial targets
* Acquire and maintain expertise in brand/segment strategy and tactics
* Promote and generate demand for Rx products in a competitive market
* Plan and execute effective sales calls/activities on targeted HCPs
* Analyze data and develop strategic business plans to enhance long-term sales performance
* Represent Galderma by attending trade shows, conventions, and other meetings
* Demonstrate ethics and integrity while modeling behaviors consistent with company standards and policies

**Requirements:**

* Minimum of 5 years of proven specialty sales success in quota-driven roles
* Strong track record of consistent documented success
* Proficiency in interpreting clinical trial data and presenting compelling evidence
* Familiarity with sales tracking and reporting software (Veeva CRM, Power BI)
* Strong business acumen and ability to understand market opportunities
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented culture
