Job Title: Shift Manager - Restaurant Operations
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Manager to join our team at McDonald's Restaurant. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets
- Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
- Hire food service staff
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
- Prepare budget and cost estimates
- Address customers' complaints or concerns
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
- Prepare and submit reports
- Supervise and check assembly of trays
- Establish work schedules
Requirements:
- 5-10 years of experience in a supervisory role
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Standing for extended periods
