About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, Animal Welfare & Agriculture to join our team at 2105 The TDL Group Corp./ Groupe TDL Corporation. This is an exciting opportunity to lead our global sustainability efforts and drive positive change in the animal welfare and agriculture industry.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement our animal welfare and agriculture strategy, aligning with our company's sustainability goals and objectives.
  2. Project Management: Manage and execute projects related to animal welfare and agriculture, including monitoring and evaluation of progress.
  3. Communication & Reporting: Track and report progress against work plans, including external sustainability commitments, and collaborate with the sustainability team to update external communications.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in animal welfare and agriculture, with a strong understanding of sustainability concepts and ESG issues.
  • Project Management expertise and ability to develop and implement monitoring and evaluation mechanisms.
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
