Community Engagement and Social Media Ambassador

Aylo is a pioneering tech company in the adult entertainment industry, dedicated to providing world-class services on secure platforms. We're seeking an experienced Community Engagement Coordinator to lead our social media efforts and drive engagement with content creators.

As an integral part of our team, you'll be responsible for managing customer support and day-to-day operations for Pornhub's creator-focused social media channels. Your tasks will include providing account and content front-line support, sharing updates on compliance, products, and events, as well as participating in content creation and project implementation aimed at maximizing engagement, reach, and social media conversion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Main point of contact for social media communications for the Pornhub and Pornhub Help social media accounts
  • Moderate and respond to direct messages, comments, posts, and inquiries from creators
  • Escalate creator issues when necessary
  • Collaborate with brand and product marketing teams to plan posting schedules
  • Create and maintain content calendars
  • Assist in social media content creation, scheduling, and copywriting
  • Help with social media insights and reports
  • Stay updated on social media trends and best practices
  • Analyze social media performance to identify issues and opportunities and propose solutions
  • Conduct regular competitor monitoring
  • Ensure clear communication and cooperation with various departments and teams
  • Provide exceptional service with timely responses to all content creators

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in social media and community engagement roles with expertise in creative content writing
  • 1+ years of experience in customer support-focused roles
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or equivalent experience
  • Excellent writing skills; ability to adapt tone to each conversation
  • Proven track record in increasing reach and engagement in a previous social media role
  • Solid understanding of social media best practices and effective use
  • Up-to-date knowledge of social media scheduling tools
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends to cover events and monitor social media

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with the adult industry and ability to confidently communicate about it
  • Basic knowledge of content creation tools like Canva and Adobe Suite
  • Ability to stay current with social media trends and create relevant content
  • Some experience with project management tools like Jira Cloud
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and adapt quickly to unexpected situations while meeting tight deadlines
