Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at 6505679 Manitoba Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing staff, assigning duties, and overseeing daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage staff and assign duties to ensure efficient operation of the department
- Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand and sales potential
- Determine staffing requirements and recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure maximum productivity and efficiency
- Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Post-secondary education in a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a management role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with point of sale systems
- Knowledge of computer and technology systems
- Ability to work in a team environment and build strong relationships with colleagues and customers
