Job Summary

Nuera Industriel Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Industrial Machinery Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our industrial machinery and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recommend measures to improve productivity and efficiency in our production processes.
  • Resolve work problems and provide technical advice to ensure high-quality products.
  • Coordinate and schedule activities to meet work schedules and deadlines.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and policies.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and coordinate work activities with other work units.
  • Complete work orders, test, and maintenance reports in a timely manner.
  • Clean and lubricate machinery and equipment to prevent downtime.
  • Calibrate products using hand tools to ensure accuracy and quality.
Requirements
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in industrial machinery maintenance and repair.
  • Heavy duty equipment mechanics, electrical mechanics, and industrial mechanics experience.
  • Workplace training and development experience.
  • Conveyor experience.
