Job Title: Industrial Machinery Supervisor

Nuera Industriel Inc. is seeking an experienced Industrial Machinery Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our industrial machinery and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of heavy duty equipment mechanics, electrical mechanics, and industrial mechanics.
  • Recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Co-ordinate and schedule activities to ensure timely completion of work orders and maintenance reports.
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and co-ordinate work activities with other work units.
  • Clean and lubricate machinery and equipment to prevent downtime.
  • Calibrate products using hand tools to ensure accuracy and quality.
Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and procedures.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 kg and work in a fast-paced environment.
