Job Title: Construction Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Construction Project Coordinator to join our team at MS DRYWALL LTD.

Job Summary:

The Construction Project Coordinator will be responsible for planning and organizing daily operations, preparing and submitting construction project budget estimates, recruiting, hiring, and supervising staff and/or volunteers, and overseeing the analysis of data and information.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and Organize Daily Operations: Coordinate and manage daily construction project activities, ensuring timely completion and adherence to project schedules.
  • Prepare and Submit Budget Estimates: Develop and submit accurate and detailed budget estimates for construction projects, taking into account materials, labor, and equipment costs.
  • Recruit, Hire, and Supervise Staff: Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers, ensuring they have the necessary skills and training to perform their duties.
  • Oversee Data Analysis: Analyze data and information to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, and make recommendations to management.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in construction project coordination or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent written communication, organized, team player, and attention to detail.

The Construction Project Coordinator will work in a fast-paced construction environment, requiring strong organizational and time management skills. The ideal candidate will be able to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
