Engineering Design and Drafting Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Design and Drafting Specialist to join our team at Reinbold Engineering Group. This is a permanent position that offers a competitive salary and excellent benefits.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for preparing engineering designs and drawings, reading blueprints to determine work requirements, developing and preparing design sketches, and preparing construction specifications, costs, and material estimates.
In addition, the candidate will write technical reports, complete documentation packages and drawing sets, examine drawings for conformity and errors, consult with clients, engineers, or production specialists to establish product requirements, and assist in preparing design, drawings, and specifications.
RequirementsTo be considered for this role, candidates must have a Bachelor's degree and 1-2 years of experience in a related field. They must also possess AutoCAD Certification, Drafting (Architectural) Trade Certification, and Certification by a provincial or territorial association.
Candidates should have strong computer skills, including proficiency in AutoCAD, Autodesk REVIT, and MS Office. They should also be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
