Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled IT professional to join our team as a Technical Systems Analyst. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with experience in systems integration and data platforms.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex business concepts effectively. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field is preferred, along with a minimum of 5 years' experience in system analysis and integration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement new systems, improving existing ones by analyzing feasibility and reviewing computer capabilities.
  • Collaborate with internal and external parties to identify and document business requirements, processes, and proposed solutions.
  • Resolve technical issues and support users, assisting in training on systems and software.
  • Automate processes by examining user and business requirements, procedures, and problems.
  • Promote continuous improvement in system interfaces, training, and research to drive modernization and risk mitigation.
  • Analyze business and user needs to propose improvements in IT systems, processes, and technology planning, development, and implementation.

Benefits:

A competitive salary range of $100,000 to $125,000 per year is offered, making this an attractive opportunity for experienced professionals.


Requirements:

Strong candidates should possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to express complex ideas simply. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience is preferred. Minimum 5 years' experience in systems integration and data platforms is also required.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience securing networks and associated devices (firewalls, IDS/IPS, IPsec, VPNs).
  • Deployment and management of infrastructure, including virtualization technology.
  • Configuring, hardening, and operating Linux and Windows servers.
  • Working knowledge of Juniper JunOS and Cisco IOS.
  • Knowledge of public-key infrastructure.
  • Scripting languages such as Python, Bash, etc.
  • Aggregating and analyzing activity logs.
  • Understanding of microservices paradigm and container deployment orchestration technologies.
