Senior Manager, Data Engineering

Grammarly is seeking a seasoned Senior Manager, Data Engineering to lead our Core Product team. As a key member of our engineering organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative data engineering solutions that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced technical leader who can drive the development of our data engineering capabilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine learning, natural language processing, and related technologies. You will be responsible for leading a team of engineers and collaborating with cross-functional partners to deliver high-quality products that meet customer needs.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of data engineering solutions that drive business growth and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver high-quality products
  • Develop and implement innovative data engineering solutions using machine learning and natural language processing
  • Lead a team of engineers and provide technical guidance and mentorship
  • Work closely with the product team to understand customer needs and develop solutions that meet those needs
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in data engineering or a related field
  • Strong background in machine learning, natural language processing, and related technologies
  • Experience leading a team of engineers and providing technical guidance and mentorship
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
