Key Responsibilities

As a Solution Engineer at OneStock, you will play a crucial role in the pre-sales process, working closely with our Sales, Product, and Support teams. Your primary objective will be to demonstrate a deep understanding of Retail, e-Commerce, and Order Management solutions, with a strong focus on the retail tech environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Participating in strategic sales engagements with enterprise customers and partners
  • Managing RFP processes and solution design
  • Facilitating meetings, workshops, and support sessions to present the functional and technical aspects of the solution to prospects
  • Participating in the drafting of architecture diagrams, RFP documents, and presentations
  • Conducting demonstrations and onsite presentations

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least 5 years of experience as a pre-sales engineer in a SaaS environment
  • Knowledge of project management methodology and software integration in Retail, Ecommerce, and Order Management Systems
  • Excellent listening, communication, and presentation skills to influence all levels of an organization

Working Conditions

You will be able to work fully remotely in the USA and will be expected to travel regularly to the US, Canada, and France.
