About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have proven experience in safety training, particularly in Fall Protection, Power Climbing, PPE Inspection, and Confined Spaces. They should be able to develop and implement training programs, demonstrate leadership skills with a passion for mentoring and team development, and possess strong knowledge of safety regulations and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities- Teach safety courses, including Fall Protection, Tower Climbing, PPE Inspection, and Confined Space Rescue Training.
- Adapt training methods to cater to diverse learning styles and ensure course objectives are met.
- Maintain a high level of engagement with students and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Design and update training materials and curriculum for the above courses to reflect the latest industry standards and practices.
- Develop innovative training strategies and tools to enhance the learning experience.
- Ensure all training programs meet regulatory and company standards.
- Mentor and train new and existing safety trainers.
- Oversee and evaluate the performance of trainers and provide constructive feedback.
- Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment.
- Coordinate training schedules and ensure resource availability for all programs.
