About the Role

This is a 12-month short-term assignment with The Toronto-Dominion Bank (Canada). As a Client Service Associate, you will be the primary client contact for non-advice activities, providing dedicated support to one or more Investment Advisors (IA). Your key responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities
  • Preparing documentation and providing updates to IA(s) in preparation for client meetings
  • Creating reports for analysis of client accounts
  • Accepting and creating leads, ensuring correct referral coding on TD Leads
  • Reviewing newly posted marketing content and determining if relevant for clients; submitting marketing pieces for approval and compiling client information packages
  • Familiarity and adherence to compliance requirements as outlined in PIA's policies and procedures, including all aspects of new and existing account documentation and marketing materials
  • Providing a high level of client service for all non-advice activities, including responding to client requests via phone and email based on knowledge of full-service brokerage
  • Delivering a legendary client experience
  • Executing tasks related to the Sales and Client Engagement model/client segmentation and supporting 4 Wealth pillars
  • Providing market quotes and tracking Dividends, RSPs, RIFs
Requirements
  • Undergraduate degree or community college diploma preferred
  • Willingness to complete the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook (CPH) to become licensed with the Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization (CIRO) within 6 months
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships and work collaboratively, confidentially, and independently
