Client Service Associate

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Client Service Associate, where you will play a key role in providing exceptional client service and support to our Investment Advisors. As a Client Service Associate, you will be responsible for preparing for client meetings, managing transactions and reporting activities, and providing a high level of client service for all non-advice activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare documentation and provide updates to Investment Advisors in preparation for client meetings.
  • Create reports for analysis of client accounts.
  • Accept/create leads & ensure correct referral coding on TD Leads.
  • Review newly posted marketing content and determine if relevant for clients; submit marketing pieces for approval and compile client information packages.
  • Familiarity and adherence to compliance requirements as outlined in PIA's policies and procedures.
  • Provide a high level of client service for all non-advice activities, responding to client requests via phone and email.
  • Deliver a legendary (gold standard) client experience.
  • Execute the tasks related to the Sales and Client Engagement model/client segmentation and support 4 Wealth pillars.
  • Provide market quotes and track Dividends, RSPs, RIFs.

Requirements:

  • Undergraduate degree or community college diploma preferred.
  • Willingness to complete the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook (CPH) within 6 months.
  • Strong communication skills with ability to build relationships and work collaboratively.
