Job Title: Chocolate Sales Connoisseur

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our sales team at Purdys Chocolatier in St. Vital Centre. As a Chocolate Sales Connoisseur, you will be responsible for achieving sales goals and providing exceptional customer service.

About the Role:

This is a permanent part-time position that requires availability for all types of shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. You will be working in a fast-paced retail environment, selling our award-winning chocolate products and providing a great customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by providing excellent customer service and promoting our products.
  • Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of our chocolate products, including their origins, production process, and features.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales goals and provide a positive customer experience.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging and inviting shopping environment.
  • Contribute to the overall success of the store by maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and adhering to company policies and procedures.

Requirements:
  • Previous retail experience is an asset, but not required.
