About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Siding Foreman/Supervisor to join our team at AAA Construction Services. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation of siding on residential and commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise a team of 3-4 workers to ensure projects are completed on time and to a high standard.
    • Provide guidance and training to team members to improve their skills and knowledge.
  • Project Management
    • Coordinate and schedule activities to ensure projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
    • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Reporting and Administration
    • Prepare production and other reports to track project progress and identify areas for improvement.
    • Recommend personnel actions and participate in staffing decisions.
  • Health and Safety
    • Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed on site.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role.
  • Language
    • Fluent in English.
Working Conditions
  • Work Term
    • Permanent position.
  • Work Hours
    • 30 to 40 hours per week.
