About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Siding Foreman to join our team at AAA Construction Services. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation of siding on residential and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Coordinate and schedule activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise and train a team of 3-4 workers to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to complete tasks efficiently.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular site visits to ensure that work is being carried out to the highest standards.
  • Material Management: Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed on site.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports to management on project progress and any issues that may arise.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
