Company Overview:

Webber, a leading infrastructure management company, is seeking highly skilled Heavy Equipment Operators to join our team for seasonal snow plow and maintenance operations.

Salary: We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 per year, commensurate with experience.

Job Description:

This role involves operating heavy equipment such as tractors, graders, mowers, sweepers, augers, and other types of equipment used for surface and right-of-way maintenance and repair. The incumbent will be responsible for maintaining contracted assets through operation/use of heavy equipment during seasonal needs (i.e., snow plow operations) and any other needs per the contract requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years related work experience in construction, road maintenance, commercial/industrial repair, operating equipment through use of DZ license
  • Valid Ontario Class DZ driver's license and acceptable driving record / AZ license a plus

Work Environment:

The employee will be exposed to outside weather conditions including extreme heat and cold. The noise level in the work environment will be moderate but can be more than moderate on occasion.
