Senior Product Designer

At Rewind Software, we're looking for a skilled Senior Product Designer to join our team. As a key creative force in our product development process, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to conceptualize, design, and ship new features and products. Your work will have a direct impact on the user experience and the success of our products.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end product design process, from discovery and research to concept, prototype, and final design.
- Collaborate with Product Management to understand business goals, user needs, and technical constraints, translating them into effective design solutions.
- Partner with Engineers to ensure high-quality implementation of your designs, maintaining a high standard of visual and interaction design throughout the product.

Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in designing complex SaaS products.
- Proficiency in Figma, with a deep understanding of its capabilities for design, prototyping, and collaboration.
- Proven experience shipping high-quality digital products, working closely with Product and Engineering teams in an agile environment.
- Exceptional understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and visual design.
