Your Opportunity:

The Alberta Health Services is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join our Pediatric Gynecology & Urology Service. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive direct patient care in both inpatient and outpatient settings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to manage patient care
  • Provide comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, intervention, management, referral, and evaluation of patient care
  • Participate in interdisciplinary collaboration to ensure current, evidence-based, holistic care is provided
  • Provide leadership and participate in program development, evaluation, research, and clinical teaching activities

Requirements:

  • Successful completion of an approved Nurse Practitioner program and a minimum of master's degree
  • Registration with CRNA on the Nurse Practitioner Registrar including Provisional Graduate Nurse Practitioner licensure
  • Current Basic Cardiac Life Support - Health Care Provider (BCLS-HCP)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • PALS and ACLS certifications are considered an asset
