Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the store.
As a Key Holder, you will be responsible for leading by example, modeling the behaviors that the sales team needs to demonstrate in order to provide exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
You will also be responsible for carrying out essential start and end of day cash reconciliation, as well as opening and closing the store on a rotational basis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and lead by example to achieve sales targets
  • Carry out essential start and end of day cash reconciliation
  • Open and close the store on a rotational basis
  • Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the store
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales and customer service targets
  • Previous retail experience, preferably within cosmetics
  • Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced work environment
  • Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software
  • Ability to provide proof of right to live and work in the country
  • Anticipated Hourly Range $19.40 to $29.15 (Depending on qualifications, skills, experience, and/or budget)
