Job Summary

The Store Leadership Manager will be responsible for ensuring adequate staffing levels at all times, providing staff with formal and informal feedback on their performance, and monitoring achievements of individual and store goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure adequate staffing levels at all times.
  • Provide staff with formal and informal feedback on their performance and ongoing coaching.
  • Monitor achievements of individual and store goals.
  • Set yearly goals for store and associates.
  • Actively assist in the career development of the staff by providing them with opportunities to learn new skills.
  • Ensure all staff are up to date on product, industry, and supplier information.
  • Prepare annual budget and recommendations.
  • Monitor all expense and revenues of various product lines.
  • Review financial statements against month end figures.
  • Deal with customer problems in an empathetic manner.

Qualifications

The successful candidate will have a Post-Secondary education and a minimum of five years of Leadership experience. They will be able to demonstrate their superior leadership skills through strong people management and have excellent knowledge of MS Office suite of products. Previous experience in retail and or travel is preferred.
