About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Technologist to join our team at mtl's aerostructure. As an Engineering Technologist, you will play a key role in the design, development, and testing of our aerospace products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the design, development, and testing of aerospace products
  • Inspect, test, and adjust electronic components
  • Build and test prototypes to specifications
  • Collect and compile operational or experimental data
  • Supervise technicians, technologists, and other engineers
  • Project management
Work Environment

You will be working in a hybrid environment with a team of experienced professionals. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and oral, and be able to work effectively in a team.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • 5 years or more of experience in aerospace engineering
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team
  • Attention to detail
