About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Aerospace Engineering Specialist to join our team at mtlS Aerostructure. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for assisting in the design, development, and testing of aerospace systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the design and development of aerospace systems, including electronic components and prototypes.
  • Inspect and test electronic components to ensure compliance with specifications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and test prototypes.
  • Collect and analyze operational or experimental data to inform design decisions.
  • Supervise technicians, technologists, and engineers to ensure project deliverables are met.
  • Manage projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as aerospace engineering or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in aerospace engineering or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Fluency in French is an asset.
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position with a 40-hour workweek. The ideal candidate will be willing to travel internationally and work in a hybrid environment.
