**High Cliff Partners Inc.** is seeking a seasoned SAP Finance Solution Architect to lead the implementation of S/4HANA Finance in a greenfield context. This is a remote work opportunity with significant travel requirements, primarily within the United States and occasionally to Europe.

  • The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in manufacturing and cost accounting, as well as a deep understanding of S/4HANA. They will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of the S/4HANA template across the US and Canada, ensuring alignment with global standards and practices.
  • This position requires a strong communicator who can effectively collaborate with teams across multiple time zones, particularly starting work at 7:00 AM EST to coordinate with teams in Germany, Sweden, and offshore in India.
  • **Key Responsibilities:**
    • Lead the S/4HANA Finance Rollout: Oversee the implementation of the S/4HANA template across the US and Canada, ensuring alignment with global standards and practices.
    • Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary liaison between finance teams in North America, Europe, and offshore teams in India. Strong communication skills are essential for dealing with stakeholders across different cultures and time zones.
    • Knowledge Transfer: Work closely with the current consultant to ensure a smooth transition and knowledge transfer before they leave.
    • Cost Accounting & Manufacturing: Provide expertise in cost accounting within a manufacturing context, ensuring that the S/4HANA rollout meets the specific needs of the business.
    • Extensive experience with S/4HANA, particularly in greenfield implementations, and a strong background in finance, manufacturing, and cost accounting.
    • Willingness to travel up to 50%, with most travel being within the US but also including some travel to Europe.
  • **Requirements:**
    • Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
