The successful candidate will have a minimum of two years' experience as a server in an upscale high-volume restaurant setting, with a proven track record of delivering excellent customer service and exceeding expectations. They will also possess strong organizational skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist guests with menu items and provide informative and helpful service
  • Order and settle bills using various payment methods
  • FOLLOW RESTAURANT POLICIES, PROCEDURES, AND SERVICE STANDARDS
  • Have full knowledge of beverage lists and promotions
  • Have full knowledge of all menu items, garnishes, contents, and preparation methods
  • Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverages
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Minimum two years' recent experience as a server in an upscale high-volume restaurant setting
  • Serving It Right and Food Safety Certificates
  • Basic knowledge of a POS system
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to thrive in a busy environment
  • A team player with proven success in relationship building
  • A commitment to providing excellent service and exceeding expectations
  • Fluent English language skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong interpersonal skills and positive attitude
  • Professional and impeccable grooming and presentation
