We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Operations Supervisor to join our team at Universal Infra Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our production department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular production reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
  • Problem-Solving and Technical Guidance: Resolve operational issues, provide technical advice, and recommend process improvements to enhance productivity and product quality.
  • Staffing and Training: Recruit, hire, and manage a team of production staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and training to perform their duties effectively.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe working environment for all employees.
  • Work Scheduling and Resource Allocation: Establish efficient work schedules and allocate resources to meet production targets.
  • Supply Chain Management: Requisition materials and supplies as needed to support production operations.
  • Performance Management: Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of production staff, providing regular feedback and coaching to improve performance.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 32 to 40 hours per week
