Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications and regulations.
  • Coordinate with forepersons, operators, and crew members to ensure efficient project execution.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating any potential risks or issues.
  • Develop and implement effective safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel.
  • Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely completion of projects and meet client expectations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in construction supervision or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and safety protocols.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software.
