Grocery Store Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Grocery Clerk at Maxi. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities- Customer Service: Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Merchandising and Inventory: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, restocking shelves and ensuring that products are properly displayed and priced.
- Cash Handling: Operate a cash register, handle customer transactions, and maintain accurate records of sales and inventory.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals, provide support during peak periods, and contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service environment is preferred.
- Language: Fluency in French is required, with English being an asset.
