About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Walk Rite Shoes Store. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and contributing to a positive and engaging store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet customers and discuss their needs, providing personalized recommendations and advice on merchandise.
  • Sales Transactions: Operate cash registers, process sales, and handle customer payments in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Merchandise Management: Maintain sales records, restock shelves, and ensure a visually appealing store display.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to achieve sales goals, share knowledge, and support a positive team dynamic.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience: Will train.
  • Language: English or French.
  • Work Hours: 37.5 hours per week.
