Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, discussing their needs, and offering solutions to meet their expectations.
  • Sales Transactions: Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit, and other payment methods.
  • Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining inventory levels by tracking stock, reordering supplies, and rotating merchandise.
  • Visual Merchandising: Contribute to creating an attractive store environment by displaying merchandise, maintaining visual displays, and ensuring a clean and organized store.
  • Operational Support: Assist in maintaining a fast-paced retail environment by operating cash registers, answering customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely manner.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of retail sales experience or equivalent.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced retail business with tight deadlines and physically demanding tasks.
  • Physical Capabilities: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and perform repetitive tasks.
  • Personal Suitability: Efficiency, energetic, goal-oriented, hardworking, positive attitude, quick learner, flexibility, organized, reliability, team player, client focus, and good judgement.
What We Offer
  • Permanent Full-Time Position: 32 to 40 hours per week.
