Job Summary
St. John's Riverside Hospital is seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our Gastroenterology team. As a Nurse Practitioner, you will work under the supervision of our GI attending physicians to deliver high-quality care to our patients.
Responsibilities
- Perform gastroenterology consultations (inpatient)
- Follow up gastroenterology patients (inpatient and outpatient)
- Contact patients with lab and test results as needed
- Perform other related assigned duties
Qualifications
- Possession of a current valid license to practice nursing in New York State
- Master of Science in Nursing with a specialization as a Nurse Practitioner in New York State
- At least one (1) year experience as a Nurse Practitioner
- Gastroenterology experience preferred
- Spanish speaking preferred
