Job Summary:

Sonova AG, a global leader in innovative hearing solutions, is seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Support Analyst to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Support Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring that all products developed, manufactured, and distributed by Sonova AG comply with all relevant medical device standards and perform their intended function.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect and analyze field performance data and complaints to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of data related to product reliability, servicing, and customer service call logs to inform quality improvement initiatives.
  • Develop and implement corrective and preventative actions to address quality issues and improve product performance.
  • Provide specialized quality analysis and reporting to support business decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality is integrated into all aspects of product development and manufacturing.
  • Investigate product-related complaints and prepare summaries and reports to management.
  • Participate in improvement teams to drive quality excellence and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or degree in Electronics, Software, and/or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a hi-tech product/electronics environment or medical device field.
  • Familiarity with ISO 13485, MDSAP, and MDR regulations.
  • Experience in risk management and documentation is desirable.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate with stakeholders.
