About the Role

At Colliers Project Leaders, we're seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager to lead our clients' infrastructure projects across Southern Ontario. As a trusted advisor, you'll provide strategic guidance and expertise to deliver complex projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead project teams to achieve project goals and objectives
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects efficiently and effectively

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in delivering large infrastructure projects
  • Proven track record of success in project management, with a focus on infrastructure development
  • Strong technical knowledge of civil engineering and construction practices
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • P. Eng. and PMP designations preferred
